What do I get?+
50% off your first eligible booking, up to ₹500, plus 5% wallet cashback on eligible subsequent completed bookings during your 12-month benefit period.
Where do I redeem my benefit?+
Visit the Zauffy Vetic offer page, verify your mobile number with OTP, then enter the code provided by Vetic and tap Activate benefits.
Can I use the discount again if I cancel?+
No. A refund does not restore the used discount. It is restored for a host cancellation with a full refund, or a fully unfulfilled session-based booking with no billable care.
Will I still get cashback after cancelling?+
Your cashback eligibility remains. Cashback starts only after your first completed booking and is earned on eligible later completed bookings.
I have booked on Zauffy before. Do I get 50% off?+
No, if you already have a confirmed or completed booking. Your valid Vetic member code can still unlock 5% recurring cashback. Simply having an account does not disqualify you from the first-booking discount.
Can I use another coupon and still earn cashback?+
Yes. Cashback is calculated at completion after the coupon discount and refunds settled by then, excluding platform fees.
Do wallet payments earn cashback?+
Cash wallet funds count. Promotional credits, including previous cashback and referral rewards, do not.
When do my benefits expire?+
Activate your code within 12 months of the offer launch. Your benefits then last 12 months from activation. Each earned cashback credit has its own 3-month (90-day) expiry.
What if I have already activated a code?+
Sign in with the same mobile number to see your existing benefits and whether your first-booking discount is still available. You do not need another code.
Offer terms
- Vetic members receive 50% off their first eligible Zauffy booking, up to ₹500. One first-booking discount per member; it cannot be combined with another coupon.
- Activate your member code within 12 months of the offer launch. Your first-booking discount and recurring cashback benefits are valid for 12 months from activation. Your benefit end date will be shown after activation.
- After your first completed Zauffy booking, earn 5% cashback on eligible subsequent completed bookings. Cashback is uncapped and calculated on the amount paid after coupon discounts and refunds settled before completion, excluding platform fees and promotional wallet credits, during your 12-month benefit period. Cash wallet payments count.
- Cashback is credited to your Zauffy wallet for future bookings. It cannot be withdrawn as cash. Each credit expires 3 months (90 days) after it is credited, even if your member benefit period ends earlier.
- If the host cancels and you receive a full refund, your first-booking discount is restored, within your original member benefit period. Restoration does not extend that period. If you cancel the booking, the used discount is not restored, even if you receive a refund. For session-based bookings, the discount is also restored when the entire booking is cancelled or unfulfilled with no billable care.
- Cancellation refunds follow the policy shown for your booking. Cancellation does not remove your recurring cashback eligibility, but cancelled bookings do not earn cashback.
