Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zauffy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Platform Description

Zauffy is a marketplace that connects pet parents with verified local hosts for pet boarding, sitting, and walking services. We facilitate the connection but are not a party to the service agreement between parents and hosts.

User Obligations

You must provide accurate information about yourself and your pets. You are responsible for ensuring your pet is up to date on vaccinations and disclosing any behavioral or health concerns to your host before a booking.

Host Obligations

Hosts must complete identity verification via Aadhaar (DigiLocker). Hosts agree to provide a safe, clean environment for pets in their care and to follow the care instructions provided by the pet parent.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the booking start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24-48 hours receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Hosts who cancel within 24 hours may face account restrictions.

Liability Limitations

Zauffy acts as a platform connecting pet parents and hosts. While we verify host identities and facilitate trust through in-app features, we are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that occurs during a booking. We strongly recommend discussing emergency procedures with your host before each stay.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
