How to delete your account

You can delete your account directly from the Zauffy app. Open the app, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompts and your account will be permanently deleted.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and personal information
• Your pet profiles
• Booking history
• Reviews you've written
• All photos and media uploaded to Zauffy

Important notes

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• If you have an active booking, please complete or cancel it before deleting your account.
• Any pending payouts (for hosts) will be processed before deletion.
