Everything you need to know before signing up
Zauffy takes a 10% platform fee from each booking. You keep 90% of your listed price. There are no signup fees, monthly fees, or hidden charges.
Eligible earnings are reflected after booking settlement. You can review earnings and withdrawal details in the app; bank processing time can vary by payout method.
The cancellation terms applicable to the booking are shown in the app. Contact support from the booking if you need help understanding a cancellation or payout adjustment.
Document the issue and contact Zauffy support through the booking so the team can review the care details and available evidence with both parties.
Complete every relevant profile field, add current home photos for home-based care, describe your experience accurately, respond promptly and keep services, prices and availability up to date.
You should describe your real pet-care experience during screening. Approval considers your experience, services, accepted pet types, living setup and other profile details; submitting a profile does not guarantee approval.
