We had Cleo stay here for 11 days, and Shaoni took such wonderful care of her. ❤️ She regularly sent photos, videos, and even let us video call Cleo, which gave us so much peace of mind. It was such a relief knowing she was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout our trip. Shaoni was incredibly caring, attentive, and communicative throughout her stay. 10/10 recommend we’ll definitely be leaving Cleo with her again! 🐾🐈
