This was my first time leaving my cat anywhere other than home, and I was quite anxious about it. Since I didn't want to hire a sitter, boarding felt like the best option. Shreya was incredibly kind, warm, and reassuring throughout the entire experience. She made sure my little one was well-fed, comfortable, and cared for, which gave me great peace of mind.
